The best experience in Costa Rica!
Staying at Isla Chiquita was a complete success, as I did it on the last days in the country and it was perfect for spending a few days of relaxation in paradise.
The tent had all the comforts: minibar, coffee maker, bathroom amenities, safe, and even mats for doing yoga in the morning! And the jacuzzi on the terrace with sea views was a dream.
We did the bioluminescence tour and the oyster expedition, both extraordinary experiences.
Another thing I loved was that it is a sustainable hotel, with renewable energies and sources for refilling your water bottles. The food was also top-notch, fresh and homemade, and the natural juices were delicious.
And what can I say about the natural environment where it is located, besides the beautiful beach, it also has a very nice hike, an orchid garden, and a spa with sea views. Monkeys, raccoons, and iguanas will be your neighbors, and it is a pleasure to listen to them in their natural habitat. I have the sounds of this island recorded in my memory.
I want to thank all the staff for their attention, they were super friendly and always willing to help.
Un petit paradis…
Accueillis par un cocktail après une courte traversée en bateau taxi, nous avons passé deux jours très agréables dans ce glamping. L’endroit est vraiment accueillant, les tentes confortables, le personnel très serviable. Un petit bémol pour le repas du deuxième soir, avec un vivaneau bien trop cuit, dommage. Les prix sont plutôt élevés et les alternatives difficiles d’accès puisqu’on est sur une île.La seconde nuit, nous avons peu dormi, tant les animaux faisaient la fiesta…
Reste que le cadre est vraiment magnifique, et nous y serions bien restés un peu plus, si la route ne nous appelait!
We enjoyed the relaxed environment with limited people on the island. The service was exceptional and they catered to our every need. We took the bioluminescent tour and the experience did not disappoint. Definitely take advantage of this as the experience is memorable. The restaurant overlooks the ocean and is aesthetically beautiful. We had great service and the food was delicious. We had ceviche, tuna, coconut shrimp, chicken sandwich, brownie dessert, and their breakfast. The tents were next level and felt like staying at a resort. Definitely a complete luxury feel. As we woke up, we had a family of monkeys cross our deck area of the tent and it was such a special moment that we will cherish forever. This is a one of a kind experience that you should not miss!
If it were possible to give 6 stars, then I would. Absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived by private taxi-boat and were greeted with cold towels and welcome drinks, the experience has been beyond our wildest expectations.
The rooms are extremely comfortable, and we had a fantastic view out to sea. Having a drink, sitting in the plunge pool, looking out across the jungle to the sea is possibly one of the highlights of our trip. And then monkeys arrived just outside our tent to give us a close-up view of these amazing creatures. The food was great, the service attentive, and the staff were incredibly friendly. A truly amazing location and a fabulous experience.
Hôtel vraiment exceptionnel. Situé sur une petite île paradisiaque, on y accède par un bateau de l'hôtel. Un service excellent, des vues à couper le souffle, un super restaurant, beaucoup d'animaux, et énormément d'activités à faire dans les environs (nous avons fait une sortie en bateau avec Bahia Rica... à vivement conseiller), plage. Pour nous, c'est l'une des meilleures étapes de notre voyage au Costa Rica... nous avons séjourné dans d'autres hôtels exceptionnels en termes de qualité et de service, mais celui-ci a un réel avantage... à recommander surtout pour les familles ! Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances paradisiaques !!
Excellent place, their service and facilities; the customer service is outstanding, a perfect 10, overall, all the staff are very attentive. The facilities are always clean and in perfect condition, which makes one satisfied and happy.
