On March 28th, we signed an agreement with FECOP, an important step towards cooperation for sustainable and equitable development in our region. Together, we will work to generate a positive impact on the communities of the Gulf of Nicoya through responsible tourism activities and projects that promote sustainability.
Key objectives of this collaboration include:
- Support for sustainable tourism activities in the Gulf of Nicoya.
- Training in best practices for captains and sailors in tourist and sport fishing.
- Sport fishing workshops for children from the Gulf communities.
